The work agreement is a starting point. Next, let’s capture what your nanny needs to know before their first day, how your family works, what matters most to you, and the context they need to show up with confidence.

Type your answers. A few useful details are enough, and you can review everything before continuing.

  1. Tell your nanny about your child(ren).Name, date of birth and gender, what they love, and what helps soothe them.
  2. Who is one emergency contact your nanny should have?Someone your nanny can reach if they’re unable to contact you.
  3. What’s helpful to know about your daily routines?Meals, naps, and potty or diapers, for each child.
  4. How would you like to stay in touch during the day?Updates, photos, and anything else about communication.
  5. Is there anything you’d like help thinking through?Optional and private: never added to your Care Manual or shared with your nanny.
